SOS was the male chosen by Glentress Kennels from Yeoville's inaugural litter, sired by Glentress Epic Reaction (dam Aust Ch Rhonabwy Magic Gemma ADM JDM SPDX GD SD ET FM). Like his sister Aust CH Yeoville Magic Reaction AD JDX SPD GD SD ET FDCH W-FD/MF (Paris), SOS is a bright boy, very outgoing and friendly. He has many lovely attributes, showing great quality and potential, with a friendly mischievious nature. We will watch his progress with the Glentress team with much interest and support, keeping this page updated with his development.

SOS achieved several baby of breeds in his showing career and placed third in the baby puppy sweepstakes event at the Box Hill Championship Show on 5/6/04 amongst tough competition. In his first Melbourne Royal Show, SOS achieved a lovely win in the puppy dog class, beautifully handled by Debbie, he placed first in his class of five amongst very tough competition. He went on to achieve two awards of Runner Up Best of Breed - at the 20/11/04 Kyneton Agriculture Society and 21/11/04 Garden State Championship Shows. He was awarded Runner Up Best of Breed, Challenge and Junior in Group at the Classic Dog Show (12/2/05) for his first championship points.

SOS achieved BEST IN SHOW at the Border Collie Club of Victoria's Open show 24/4/05- handled by Debbie- the show had a field of 49 entries and it was a lovely achievement for SOS, Glentress and Yeoville to see this beautiful junior dog awarded.

SOS won the intermediate dog class and went on to achieve reserve challenge at his second Melbourne Royal Show. With approximately forty males attending the event, and some lovely and well campaigned competition this was a significant achievement. It also gives SOS a very good record at the Melbourne Royal- undefeated in his two Melbourne Royals attended so far.

SOS' has been awarded multiple Best of Breeds and an Intermediate in Group award. He achieved his Australian Champion title on 2/4/06 at the Canine Museum Foundation Championship Show at just over two years of age. Other notable achievements by SOS include Best Headed Dog at the 2008 Border Collie Club of Victoria Championship Show, and Challenge Dog/Runner Up Best of Breed at the 2008 Melbourne Royal Show :)))

SOS has also sired his first litter (late 2006). There were five black and white pups in the litter, all well marked. We will look forward to watching his daughter out and about with Debbie and the Glentress team, and wish them every success.

We are very proud of SOS and are enjoying every minute of his successes along with Glentress Kennels, again we thank Debbie and the Glentress team for continuing to campaign him.
